Case 1: Software deployment issue: 'Finding insufficient OS and H/W'
Issue: "To improve our business efficiency, I would like to purchase and deploy a new software but the software requires Windows 2000 or later, minimum 256 MB memory. I would like to find how many PC need to be upgraded before software deployment."
Solution: Generate Hardware Statistics Report (Report > Hardware > Statistics Report) and you can easily find out the numbers. In the report, you can easily confirm that 5 PC required to upgrade the memory, 9 PC required to upgrade the OS from the report.

Case 2: Software application issue: 'Finding not installed PC'
Issue: "We recently advise to install the .NET Framework 3.5 to comply with our applications but I think someone is not installed this and using an old version continuously. I would like to find a user who did not install the latest version and advise to install now."
Solution: Display S/W:User window (View > Software:User View, Ctrl+B), check Not installed PC option and double click on Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 software name. In the main window, you can easily find installed or not installed PC.

Case 3: Inappropriate use of network infrastructure issue: 'Finding installed PC'
Issue: "Recently we got many reports from our staffs that the network is too slow. Network administrator identified that the major traffic overload is from a kind of P2P network packet. I would like to find a PC using a P2P software and advise to stop sharing."
Solution: Display S/W:User window (View > Software:User View, Ctrl+B), check Installed PC option and double click on P2P application (e.g. eMule++) software name. In the main window, you can easily find that two PC have that application.
