Activation on 7, Vista

Windows 7, Vista has been changed internally on handling mouse signals. When you hold down both mouse buttons simultaneously, if the right button is pressed a moment faster than left button, a pop-up menu of other program or desktop will be displayed and this will obstruct your further operation frequently.

To avoid this situation, hold down left button faster than right button.
