- When I activate, a pop-up menu of other program or desktop is annoying.
Please activate MouseLaunch not by both mouse button clicking but holding down. When you activate by holding down both mouse buttons, please do not release buttons until the launcher window activated and the mouse cursor moved to the center of the window. Activation Demo >
To prevent pop-up windows perfectly, please hold down left button faster than right button.
- "There is no application associated with the given file name extension" error issue.
This issue has identified as a problem of Windows registry keys about file extensions on some Windows XP. It is not clear but a virus or spyware caused this issue. To solve this, you need to update your registry.

Import valid registry keys by double-clicking the unzipped .reg file in the Windows Explorer and reboot PC. Please note that the above files are only for Windows XP.
- Why do you restrict the number of panels up to 8 per section ?
To maintain fast launching speed. After the activation, experienced user can choose a program by moving mouse a little to 8 directions without seeing it's icon or name. Anyway, MouseLaunch supports left/right sections with SHIFT sections, so you can register/launch up to 48 files.
- In my computer, MouseLaunch's window appearance is different with the screenshot.
MouseLaunch uses Tahoma 8 font for basic display. This font is not contained in some old machines (e.g. Windows 95), so the appearance will be abnormal. In this case, please download the Tahoma font file and copy it to the Windows > Fonts folder.
- In my computer, a panel selection is not match with the mouse cursor location.
Coordinates of each panels are defined based on the Small Font and Large Font desktop setting. MouseLaunch is not ready for custom-sized font desktop.
- Is MouseLaunch a spyware ?
Some of anti-spyware program identify the MouseLaunch as a spyware but it is completely wrong identification. MouseLaunch is a normal program/file launcher and has no on-line advertisement, spying and the Internet communication at all. Please note that we can guarantee this for our official trial and registered version but not for cracked version file.
- Programs and files in the left/right section are disappeared when I reboot the PC.
This is the restriction of the trial version. In the trial version, files registered to left/right sectios and SHIFT sections are not maintained when the PC rebooted. To remove the limitations of trial/cracked version completely, please buy the registered version.
